Refresh & Restore
15-minute, 60-minute and 90-minute Refresh & Restore classes are available on YouTube.
These classes refresh your body with strengthening movement... and restore your energy with passive, supported stillness.
Classes are all-levels (take whatever option you need!). Restorative poses usually start 2/3 of the way through class. You can skip ahead - no judgment!
Grab some props, typically 2 blocks, 2 blankets, a strap, and a bolster. You don't need fancy props. Books, boxes, throw blankets, towels, pillows, belts work well - get creative. And most importantly enjoy and be kind to yourself.
