Chair Yoga

Practice yoga with a chair - no mat necessary. Options are provided to stand or sit. 

 

These classes are great for those who are newer to yoga, have a leg or foot injury, need to stay seated, or want support when standing

Desk Break

Need a short desk break? Step away and stretch. Release tension in your neck, shoulders, back & hips. Get a little silly.

 

No mat or props needed.

Refresh & Restore

Refresh your body with strengthening movement. Restore your energy with supported stillness. 15-, 60-, or 90-minute classes available.

 

Great for all experience levels. Restorative poses usually start 2/3 of the way through class. You can skip ahead - no judgment!
